| This movie tells the story of 2 RAF pilots training above Dover and the English Channel for a top secret mission. Their mission is to take out some enemy aircrafts stationed at German airfields. But before they can perform their mission, the Germans catch up the existence of the mission and plans a counterattack. It turns out in a massive battle above the Channel of Dover. Unfortunately, one of the pilots shot down and couldn't bail out. He crashed hard into the ground and died. Enough talking. I've tried to show off the beautiful visuals from WoP, like stunning landscape, detailed planes and great action! I hope you guys like it :). The formation with the Spitfire's where performed above Dover, flying in the morning with hazy weather settings. Formation P-51's where performed above Lake Lentini, clear weather settings. The big air battle is captured by playing the single player mission 'battle of Britain, channel dogfight'. All the footage where captured by Fraps @ 60fps. The footage where edited to the music by use of Sony Vegas 9.0. There has been a lot of post editing within Adobe After Effects CS5. For example, the big explosions and fire at the end of the movie is originally a VFX (video effect) and cropped into the footage. Also the lightning of the ground around this big fireball where created by hand using some tools within After Effects.
